In addition to our clinically validated tests, the Clinical Genomics Laboratory offers customized assay development for clinical trials and research where collaborators benefit from the expertise of our genomicists and bioinformaticians during the entire assay design and validation process.
We currently support numerous industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical studies that 1) leverage our ability to customize target-specific assays for patient enrollment to clinical trials and 2) for development of data repositories describing key patient populations in both somatic and inherited diseases.
Ongoing research focuses on improvements in assay development including clinical transcriptional analyses and development of tests in new patient care settings.
