Masters in Clinical Genomics Program in Clinical Genomic Technology will offer both a one-year and a two-year leading to a national certification as a clinical cytogenetic or a clinical molecular technologist. For each course students will participate in a combination of classroom lectures, laboratory demonstrations, and hands-on technical experience. In addition to didactic courses, students will be trained with hands-on courses on clinical cytogenetics, cancer cytogenetics, FISH, chromosomal microarray, sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing and clinical bioinformatics.
